At present, intelligent hardware has been integrated into people's clothing, food, housing, transportation, labor, entertainment, medicine, education and other fields, the product types are rich and diverse, and the social attention is constantly increasing. In the process of expanding, many problems have been exposed, especially in the protection of consumers' rights and interests. According to iiMedia Research, 43.2% of respondents said they had bought fake and inferior products, 40.7% had experienced false publicity and 32.1% had experienced unreasonable prices. iiMedia consultation analysts believe that intelligent hardware is in the rapid development stage, industry standards and norms are not perfect, to a large extent, increasing the difficulty of consumer rights protection. 中国居民消费能力不断提升
随着中国经济的发展,居民可支配收入以及居民人均消费支出都在稳步上升,对智能硬件设备的消费能力也相应提高。数据显示,2018年中国居民人均可支配收入为28228元,居民人均消费支出为19853元。
中国居民消费观念逐渐改变
中国居民消费的主力人群已由60、70后转变为80、90后人群。新的消费主力人群受教育程度以及收入水平较以往都有了较大提升,消费观念也呈现出新特点。
消费者最关注智能硬件产品质量
iiMedia Research(艾媒咨询)数据显示,产品质量是中国消费者在购买智能硬件时首要考虑的因素,占比达70.4%,其次是产品价格,占比为50.2%,排在第三位的因素是产品品质,占比为45.7%。
超四成受访者买过假冒伪劣产品

时间成本高是阻碍消费者维权的主要因素
iiMedia Research(艾媒咨询)数据显示,51.4%的受访者表示购买智能硬件权益受到侵害时会进行维权,48.6%的受访者不愿进行维权。在放弃维权的主要原因中,排在前三的分别是维权耗费时间久、维权过程复杂、维权经济成本高,占比分别为51.8%、48.3%、46.5%。
