　　iiMedia Research(艾媒咨询)数据显示，2017年中国直销企业数量增长至86家。2015年直销企业增长率最高，达到35%，之后直销企业增加逐步放缓。

　　商务部允许直销的产品共有4160种

　　iiMedia Research(艾媒咨询)数据显示，截止2018年，商务部直销行业管理网站公示的允许直销的产品共有4160种，其中化妆品3136种，保健食品670种，保洁用品185种，保健器材81种，小型厨具58种，家用电器30种。

　　2017年直销企业经营总额超过1600亿元

　　iiMedia Research(艾媒咨询)数据显示， 2017年直销企业经营总额达到1673.3亿元，同比增长9%。其中直销额10亿元以上的7家，直销额1亿元至10亿元的8家，1亿元以下的71家。

　　无限极在中国直销企业业绩一度排名第一

　　iiMedia Research(艾媒咨询)数据显示，2017年无限极业绩达265亿元，为中国直销企业之首。同时，在业绩排名前十的企业中，有半数企业增长率为负数，说明直销行业收入市场基本趋于稳定。

　　“擅自直销”是查处直销违法行为的重点

　　iiMedia Research(艾媒咨询)数据显示，2017年未取得直销员证从事直销案件数量最多，共21件，占比达42.9%。未批准从事直销活动和未取得直销员证从事直销的两类案件占到了全部案件类型的近7成，说明“擅自直销”是2017年各地查处直销违法行为时关注的重点。同时，2018年多起涉及虚假宣传的直销违规事件，说明欺骗、误导等宣传和推销的违规案件也应予以关注。
