　　盒马鲜生因“拒收现金”被央行约谈：近期人民银行上海总部在接到针对盒马鲜生拒收现金的投诉后立即展开调查，经查证，在盒马鲜生消费必须使用其APP，现金无法使用，为保障消费者的自主支付选择权、居民特别是老年人等偏好现金人群的正常生活，人民银行上海总部第一时间要求盒马鲜生做出整改。

　　预计2019年中国移动支付用户将超7亿人

　　中国移动支付交易规模持续增长

　　2018年7月至12月是人民银行整治拒收现金工作的集中整治期，自该工作开展以来，全国共处理拒收现金行为602起，经约谈、政策宣传和批评教育，截至12月初，558起已全部整改到位，44起正在处理过程中。

　　艾媒大数据舆情监控系统数据显示，系统监测期间“拒收现金”言值数据为25.0，整体舆论偏负面。艾媒咨询分析师认为，移动支付的普及给很多人带来了便利，然而对于年长者来说却是一个很大的难题。更何况身为消费者，我们有依法选择支付方式的权利，“拒收现金”是对正当权利的无理剥夺。

　　过半受访网民外出仍选择携带少量现金

　　超九成60后受访网民外出会携带现金，仅有6.4%的60后受访网民外出不带现金；超三成90后受访网民外出不带现金，以移动支付为主。

　　外出携带现金数量与年龄增长呈正比
