　　On January 4, 2019, iiMedia Research, global leading new economic data mining and analysis organization, authoritatively released "2018-2019 China Online Rental Industry Special Report".With the increasing cost of real estate and government policy support, the online rental industry has entered a new period of rapid development. As the data of iiMedia Research showed, the scale of online short-term rental users has reached 147 million people, showing an increase of 83.0% over 2017, and the scale is expected to exceed 300 million in 2020.
